Restaurant Reviews

in-n-out Burger: 4865 Calle Real, Goleta, CA 93111

A favorite place by all local people from santa barbara and beyond. In-n-out burger has made a name for itself as one of the best burger joints around. The menu is what you would expect from a burger place, it includes burgers of course, shakes, fries and in-n-out has its own secret menu that you can look up for some hidden goodies. In-n-out burger is a reasonably priced burger joint, but one thing to note is that LINES ARE LONG! Although it is a fast food place and is meant to go in get your food then out(see what I did there) the lines are always at least 10 minutes long, during lunch rush they sometimes can surpass 30 minutes. In-n-out's exterior and interior are nicely designed and is a fairly clean burger place when it comes to things such as bathrooms. All in all in-n-out is a great burger joint that may take you a few extra minutes to get your food, but when you do you its all worth it.

Outback Steakhouse: Calle Real Shopping Center, 5690 Calle Real, Goleta, CA 93117

AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE! The outback steakhouse may offend Australian native's because of the american spin-off of Australian foods. There's no such thing as a bloomin' onion, but we as Americans don't care because it tastes good and that is all that matters. Don't expect to go to the outback for a quick meal, they take their time there and believe me, it's worth it. Although it can be a bit pricey depending on what you order, for the most part it is relatively cheap when you take into consideration that it is in fact an actual restaurant not a fast food place. And if you're one who is conscious about calories, then maybe the outback is not the place to go, seeing as their bloomin onion has over 2 thousand calories alone, and their fettuccine pasta has over 15 hundred. Overall I would say the outback is a great place when you have a special occasion and is fairly priced if you ordere the right thing.
